Lee says . . ."I attended my first balloon convention in 1984. I fell in love with the arches, columns, and other designs and began incorporating this in my work. In 1997 I became a Certified Balloon Artist (CBA) - one of only 2,000 in the world. To become a CBA, I had to complete a program that included a portfolio of my balloon sculptures. Today I specialize in Corporate Balloon Decorating, where I use classic balloon decor to create atmosphere that enhances the event."
